Queens On the RIZE exists to build, empower, and equip women to rise beyond life’s disruptions into healing, wholeness and purpose. We serve women navigating trauma, transitions, and challenges such as emotional pain, relationship struggles, job loss, health battles, and life changes- guiding them into restoration, identity, transformation, and renewed strength.
About the Founder
Rev. Carolyn A. Carter is the visionary and founder of Queens On the RIZE. A minister, author, and empowerment coach, Carolyn has dedicated her life to helping women rise from pain into purpose. After overcoming her own season of brokenness following divorce, she birthed this movement to guide women through the same transformation. Known for her bold, faith-filled voice and compassionate spirit, Carolyn blends spiritual wisdom, practical strategies, and personal empowerment to remind women of their worth and equip them to thrive.
