Through faith-centered encouragement, practical teaching, personal development, resources, and community, we help women pursue healing, strengthen their mindset, rebuild their confidence, and move forward with renewed clarity and purpose.
Our desire is to help women recognize that their past does not cancel their potential, their setbacks do not erase their worth, and their next chapter can hold possibilities they have yet to imagine.
About the Founder
Rev. Carolyn A. Carter is the visionary and founder of Queens On the RIZE. A minister, author, and empowerment coach, Carolyn has dedicated her life to helping women rise from pain into purpose. After overcoming her own season of brokenness following divorce, she birthed this movement to guide women through the same transformation. Known for her bold, faith-filled voice and compassionate spirit, Carolyn blends spiritual wisdom, practical strategies, and personal empowerment to remind women of their worth and equip them to thrive.
